Your satisfaction is our priority. We ship the most expedient way appropriate for your item and location. Most orders can be processed in 3 business days within the 48 states.

return policy

Uncle Chester's stands by the warranties supplied by manufacturers. No additional warranties are offered. To provide the best service, we will inspect all products prior to shipping and pack thoroughly especially fragile items. You will be responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery. If you receive damaged merchandise, make all notations on the freight bill to ensure Uncle Chester's right to claim reimbursements. Failure to do this will void all insurance! Don't hesitate to discuss this matter with our sales representative.

All returns require authorization from Uncle Chester's Toy Trucks. Sorry, you cannot return merchandise unless it's damaged. If a product returns for any reason other than defect or damage, you will be responsible for repackaging of the merchandise. Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit with a receipt, and original, intact packaging, in good unused condition. Authorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

In event you need to cancel an order, you will be required to notify us within two business days after your deposit payment, otherwise a restocking fee 15% will apply.
